Our bodies are made up of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Our entire system is nothing more than energy that shows up in various patterns and densities. Our thoughts and our feelings are connected to our physical bodies and have a density of their own.
Nature created patterns that work the same in all of us to keep our hearts beating, our blood flowing, and so on. When these patterns of energy work together in a balanced way then we experience health. When these patterns are disrupted, we experience poor health, we’re “out of tune”. Anything with an inherent harmony can help tune our poor patterns and challenge us to retune ourselves to return to the original organic natural patterns of energy that belong to our bodies.
I find that there are two ways to do this, natural smells and aroma’s..like incense…and stones…Gemstones radiate pure patterns and they resonate with unmatched consistency. Their structure, balance, wavelength and frequency can help bring us back into harmony.
My favourite stone is Jasper, probably because there are so many different kinds of Jasper, so many patterns and colours and all of them absolutely gorgeous! Jasper in general provides protection and absorbs negative energy. It clears electromagnetic and environmental pollution. It encourages honesty with one's self, provides courage to assertively tackle problems, aids quick-thinking and promotes organisational abilities. Jasper stimulates the imagination and transforms ideas into action. It also supports during prolonged illness and re-energises the body.
In addition to the healing properties of Jasper in general, specific colours and forms have additional attributes. An example is Picasso Jasper, (my favourite as it’s tuned into the zodiac sign of Leo), which often resembles a beautiful painting. It is a stone that reminds us to celebrate and enjoy life. Picasso Jasper assists in the transformation of relationships. It attracts like minded people who become loyal and trusted friends. It also has strong grounding and calming qualities and helps to engender strength and self-discipline.
So, do any of you use gemstones in your day to day life? What do you use them for? Do you have a favorite....or two?
